

The main components of the VSA-1 and their purpose:
The VSA-1 consists of a housing with a vibrating flange on which up to 10 sets of round (rectangular) sieves with a diameter of 200 mm or 300 mm are mounted.
Sets of 1 to 10 sieves are secured to the flange using a clamping flange and posts, the length of which is adjustable depending on the number of sieves used. For wet processes, the top sieve and bottom sieve are equipped with a funnel and a nozzle. A sprinkler can be installed on the lid to ensure water flow over the entire surface of the top sieve. The entire sieve set is mounted on a stand to ensure free drainage of water from the bottom.
An on/off switch is included for wall mounting next to the vibration analyzer (option for wet processes).
