


In January 2018, our company, “DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC, shipped a vibrating tea sifter.
The main purpose of this equipment was to separate tea dust from clean tea leaves.
To address this issue, our company developed a vibrating sieve that allows for easy sifting of tea, separating it into the desired fractions. Large leaves that do not pass through the mesh of the upper sieve exit the upper nozzle directly into the container for further packaging; small leaf tea that passes through the upper sieve but does not pass the middle sieve is discharged from the middle nozzle; and tea dust that passes the middle sieve is discharged from the lower nozzle. This yields three types of tea: large leaf, medium leaf/small leaf (depending on the mesh size), and tea dust.
Additionally, a second deck with an increased height is used for sifting tea bags (separating low-quality paper bags from clean tea).
Speed and Spiral Movement The operator can adjust the material flow across the screen surface to maximize separation and improve screening efficiency. It requires no special foundation and occupies a small floor area. Its simple and efficient design utilizes a low-power motor. Detachable connections between the screen body components ensure a secure and tight fit, while also allowing for quick screen replacement.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VIBRATING SCREEN
For cleaning and separating large leaf tea along the boundaries of 6.0 mm, 2.0 mm, 1.25 mm, 0.8 mm, the vibrating sieve VVU1.950.2HF with a diameter of 900 mm and a sifting surface area of 0.63 m² was developed.
