A vibrating sieve (or a vibrating screen) is a screening device used in various industries (mining, oil, food, etc.). It can be used either independently or as part of a process chain, along with conveyors, hydrocyclones, centrifuges, and other industrial equipment.
The VVU-1200P round vibrating screen is designed for screening kaolin suspensions with particle sizes up to 0.045 mm. This vibrating screen can also be used for screening various substances (material classification), such as other suspensions, pulps, dry powders, and materials using circular vibrations. Depending on the material, screens with different aperture sizes can be used.
This vibrating screen is available in stainless steel and dust- and moisture-resistant construction, increasing its service life. The number of screening surfaces can be expanded to four. The screens are made of stainless steel and polyamide. The screens have an extended service life and are protected against clogging. Screen replacement is quick and easy. It is designed to handle materials with temperatures up to 100°C.
