

A single-motor, two-deck, high-frequency vibrating screen, the VVU2.600.2HF, was designed and manufactured for salt screening. It has a diameter of 600 mm and a screening surface area of 0.28 m² per deck.
The screen surface creates conditions that ensure continuous material movement, loosening, and mixing. The screening surface consists of a screen assembly, over which a working mesh is stretched. To screen salt across a full range of sizes, the vibrating screen is equipped with three additional screen assemblies, each with a stretched mesh, which can be installed on the decks in the required configuration.
If the cells become clogged, manual cleaning with brushes or compressed air is provided once per shift or after each screening cycle. The VVu series of vibrating screens allows for the selection of the optimal oscillation mode of the screening surface and control of the screened material’s trajectory across the screen surface, ensuring the most productive and high-quality screening of specific materials.
The detachable connections of the VVu series of vibrating screen body parts ensure a reliable and tight connection, while simultaneously allowing for screen replacement with minimal labor time: once trained, screen replacement takes no more than 20 minutes.
