The VVU1.800.2S single-motor, dual-deck high-frequency vibrating screen with a diameter of 800 mm and a screening surface area of 0.5 m² per deck was developed and manufactured for cleaning and separating coconut coir at 4 mm and 2.5 mm separation limits.
The VVU series vibrating screens feature the ability to select the optimal oscillation mode of the screening surface and control the trajectory of the screened material across the screen surface, ensuring the most productive and high-quality screening of specific materials.
The detachable joints of the VVU series vibrating screen body components ensure a reliable and tight fit, while simultaneously allowing for screen replacement with minimal labor time: once trained, screen replacement time is no more than 5…10 minutes.
