“DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC was founded in 1993.
“DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC has been operating in the vibratory screening equipment market since 1993 and has established itself as a dynamically developing company focused on finding new solutions in vibratory particle size classification technologies for bulk materials, implementing these solutions in its screening machines, which are successfully used in various industrial sectors.
“DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC is the only domestic manufacturer of round high-frequency vibratory screening machines capable of efficiently and effectively classifying materials traditionally considered difficult to classify: materials prone to agglomeration, fine particles, sticky materials, and wet materials.
The VVu series of high-frequency vibrating screens manufactured by “DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC are modern, reliable, and efficient screening machines.
The company’s research and production facilities include:
- In-house design bureau;
- In-house assembly and production facility;
- In-house testing center for material screening tests
Since 2006, “DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC has been the official representative of KROOSH TECHNOLOGIES LTD, whose main activity is the production of multi-frequency vibrating screens and ULS sieves (Israel).
“DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC is engaged in the following activities:
- We manufacture round vibrating screens and vibrating sieves, adapting their design and parameters to meet the requirements of your classification or control screening process;
- We manufacture laboratory sieve vibration analyzers;
- We modernize used round vibrating screens to improve their productivity and performance.
- We replace worn polymer and metal meshes on vibrating equipment, not only from our own manufacturers, but also from leading international manufacturers such as Sweco, Cuccolini, Allgaier, Flottweg, and others.
- We screen and classify various materials from 30 µm to 10 mm, including those with moisture contents up to 12%, upon request.
- We supply components for vibration equipment (motor-vibrators made in Italy, cleaning balls and rings, springs, and stainless steel meshes AISI 304 and 316).
- Manufacturing of components, devices, spare parts, and instruments based on our own documentation and customer drawings;
- Provision of a Kroosh vibrating screen for rental to organize the screening process at the customer’s site.
The use of manufactured equipment in technological processes improves the quality of the final product, creates new, efficient technologies, and increases production productivity.
