3. DESIGN FEATURES.
The receiving and drain tanks are designed as a shell and a cone, with a mesh ring installed between them. The shell and cone are secured together with a hoop, and the entire assembly is then attached to a motor-vibrator. The special design of the ring ensures effective mesh tension. The motor-vibrator and the entire assembly generate high-frequency vibration in three planes. Various combinations of cone and shell designs are possible, including self-discharging of the over-mesh product.
According to the requirements of potential customers, it is possible to change the design of vibrating screens and the conditions of their use, as well as “adaptability” to the conditions of the existing technological process.
4. ADVANTAGES.
The main advantages of these vibrating screen models are:
- High material cleaning efficiency at a given throughput;
- Efficient mesh tension maintained during continuous operation;
- Extended mesh service life;
- Quick mesh replacement, assembly, and disassembly, ensuring a long mesh life. Screens can be replaced in just 10-15 minutes;

3. DESIGN FEATURES.
The AVRK-4 round vibrating screen (vibrating apparatus) is a new development from “DESIGN BUREAU INTEL” LLC. This model is a four-deck vibrating apparatus for screening catalyst systems into target fractions for reuse. It is based on the VVu-1.1200.4 high-frequency single-motor vibrating screen, with four working decks, each 1200 mm in diameter.
The AVRK-4 round vibrating screen (vibrating apparatus) is designed for screening catalyst systems into target fractions for reuse, while simultaneously separating dust and catalyst crumbs. The apparatus can be used to screen various substances (material classification), such as sand, bentonite clay, and others.
The operating principle of this vibrating screen is as follows. An explosion-proof flanged vibrator motor with an unbalance shaft speed of 25 Hz, located in the longitudinal axis of the vibrating machine, below its center of gravity, generates short pulses of force with a radial vector. These pulses ensure discrete movement of the screened material across the screen surface along an optimal spiral trajectory from the loading point to the unloading point of large particles (oversize product), while simultaneously passing small particles (undersize product) through the mesh of the screening surfaces.
Woven stainless steel meshes and perforated stainless steel plates are used as screening surfaces. Sets of meshes and perforated plates allow for the creation of several screening patterns for catalyst systems to obtain different fractions. Depending on the material, meshes with different aperture sizes can be used. The mesh sizes of the main and additional meshes are specified in the delivery package.
The vibrating screen body is made of stainless steel, ensuring an extended service life. The working meshes are made of wire or perforated stainless steel sheet. The vibrating screen’s meshes have an extended service life and are protected from clogging. The detachable joints of the AVRK-4’s housing components ensure a secure and leak-proof connection, while also allowing for screen replacement with minimal downtime.
The vibrating screen is equipped with a flanged motor-vibrator made in Italy.
The AVRK-4 is mounted on a wheeled frame to facilitate movement between process stations. During operation, for safety and to prevent parasitic vibrations, the frame is secured with retractable screw supports.
The vibrating screen is controlled using a mobile, explosion-proof control panel.
The AVRK-4 vibrating screen quickly pays for itself thanks to its increased productivity and efficiency, as well as precise fractionation and reduced product loss.
4. ADVANTAGES.
- Screens with various mesh sizes can be used.
- Extended screen life.
- Screens can be replaced in just 10-15 minutes.
- Four screening surfaces (decks) separate the screened material into fractions.
- Waterproof and explosion-proof design allows this vibrating screen to be used in harsh industrial environments.
- Flanged motor-vibrator made in Italy; no Russian or Ukrainian equivalents. Continuous operation time of 5,000 hours or more.
- Several screening options available.
- Enhanced screen protection against clogging thanks to the use of advanced technologies, such as high-frequency vibrations.
