To classify dry crushed bentonite clay into specified fractions of +6.0; -6.0 +1.5; -1.5 +0.4; -0.4 mm, the VVu1.1500.3VCh round, single-motor, three-deck vibrating screen with a deck diameter of 1500 mm was developed and manufactured. Bentonite clay is proposed to be classified into the 6.0 and 1.5 mm fractions using screens with stretched woven stainless steel mesh.
The design of the VVu1.1500.3VCh vibrating screen allows for use in single-, double-, and three-deck configurations, as well as in high-frequency and standard versions, depending on the task at hand. The VVu series screens feature the ability to select the optimal oscillation mode of the screening surface and control the trajectory of the screened material across the screen surface, ensuring the most efficient and high-quality fractionation of specific materials.
The detachable connections of the VVu series vibrating screen housings ensure a reliable and leak-proof connection, while simultaneously allowing for screen replacement with minimal downtime.
